Daring Bakers Cheesecake

The April 2009 challenge is hosted by Jenny from Jenny Bakes. She has chosen Abbey's Infamous Cheesecake as the challenge.





I decided to use:



Frollini with chocolate, with cocoa beans from Costa Rica Organic farming.

In the cream I used COINTREAU and orange juice to give a scent of orange.

The Chai Cake

For this month's The Cake Slice Bakers selection, we voted to make Chai Cake!

The recipes come from Sky-High Cakes by Alisa Huntsman.
It was a great cake, I will make the cake again.
